Born and raised in New York, Tania Vikki has been preforming spoken word since 2002 in Massachusetts and Denver. She came to Norway in 2012 and hosts the slam poetry competition in Oslo at cafeteatret monthly. She has also hosted other slam poetry events through Oslo Pride and other venues and performed in activist theater in the United States. When not on stage, Tania writes children's books and is working on a novel. She enjoys her daily profession as a kindergarten teacher immensely and is therefore not available during the daytime.
